A creature of myth, the peryton is half stag and half eagle. At Peryton Consulting we believe this represents our aim to advance existing projects through innovation or evolve the boldest solutions leveraging latest technologies.
OUR PEOPLE
Alexander Russman
Managing Director
Alexander founded Peryton Consulting while living in Hanoi, Vietnam, to assist local SMEs develop their technological solutions. Previously working as a technology consultant for professional services firm Accenture, he is passionate about leveraging the full potential existing technologies have to offer to businesses and their local communities. Having completed his undergraduate at Oxford University, Alexander is currently completing graduate study in Public Policy at Berlin's Hertie School of Governance and researching the policy impacts of DLT and governance impacts of decentralised organisations.
Isa Kivlighan
Business Director
Isa graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Anthropology and Foreign Affairs. She has worked in marketing for telecom pioneer Jaymie Scotto and Associates as well as New York based nonprofit DoSomething.org. Before moving to Berlin, Isa hosted a radio show combining her love for music, art, and culture. Isa is passionate about intersectional discrimination and issues of inequality, and to this end she is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at the Hertie School of Governance.
Isa is the Co-Founder of XTERAT.io, a startup combining streetwear and blockchain.
Mo "nomaly" Zeq
Technical Director
Mo Zeq is the founder of Ænomaly, the decentralised search engine with a community driven global index. Before entering the blockchain industry, Mo worked as computer network and engineers, designing, building and installing TV and data communication systems including local area networks and intranets. Mo's contractors include local council and national ministries; schools and universities; retail outlets; and manufacturing industries.
Mo's passion is now focused on using blockchain technology to evolve the search and make the internet our own again.
Olivia Decker
Communications & US Consultant
Olivia is currently pursuing a B.A. in English and a minor in African American and African Studies from the University of Virginia. She is passionate about issues of intersectionality and representation, and, more specifically, their role in technology, mass media, and culture. She has experience in retail social media and marketing, as well as working with Better Community Living, a local nonprofit, in her hometown of Dartmouth, MA. Olivia is the Social Media Coordinator and US Client Lead for XTERAT.

Harry Warren
Financial Advisor
Harry is an Assistant Manager for the Financial Services division of global professional services firm Ernst & Young. ACA qualified, Harry has worked across audit and assurance departments at EY.
Harry's previous experience includes Governance, Conduct Risk and AML regulatory consulting for FTI Consulting. Harry completed his bachelor's degree in Classics at the University of Oxford.
Katerina Russman
Business Intelligence Advisor
Katerina is an Associate in the Business Intelligence and Investigations team at the risk and investigations consultancy Kroll, a of Duff and Phelps. Previously she was Deliverables Lead for an IT project with management consultancy Typhoon Consulting.
Katerina has experience working in UK and Germany and graduated with a First Class degree in German Literature and Language from Oxford University in 2017.
